Art wiki:1000 Articles Project

The 1000 Articles Project is an idea to expand Art Wiki to 1000 articles by July 2009. At the rate of 7 new articles a day from January 2009, we could easily do it.

[edit] How You Can Help

• Firstly, see Special:Wantedpages this is a list of all the articles which are needed currently because they are linked to in other articles. If something on the list takes your fancy, why not create the article?

• If you have knowledge or are able to write a new article that isn't mentioned already, why not create that article?

• When writing new articles make sure that you wikilink them to areas of art that don't exist already on the project already. At this stage, red links aren't a problem and it helps other editors see what's needed.

There is nothing more rewarding seeing your work on a wiki, with other editors adding to your original text.
