we all paint from little , do you remember your first painting ? people from all around the world paint awesome things ! from tiny ants to huge houses but when did art and painting was made ? you might say and the answer goes back into thousands of years ago when the first humans walked though a forest world full of animals and plants that are extinct today . most of them were huge ! wolves of 15 feet high chasing you down , bears of all kinds so the people who found caves quickly learned how to use things to paint . they painted things that happened to them . now today kids paint more then growen ups but some of them when they get older keep painting until becoming an artist . here some awesome well known paintings :

Decorative oil painting is did some reasonable exaggeration, vivid metaphor, ingenious imagination, even full of fantasy based on the rich life. as for the performance form, it pays attention on the combination of multi-space without restriction of time and space, it could put different times, places, stories and seasons together. then, how to choose the decorative oil painting?
First, you's better choose the 100% pure hand painted oil painting. there are many printing simulation oil paintings in the market, but they are easily discolored as time goes by. generally, we can tell it from the brush stroke: when you touch the painting with your hands, you will have the obviously uneven feeling if it is the hand painted oil painting. however, th…

I expecially picked out the rolling bodies of hills, because I think it cover all the spiritual curves, of a human being. I love the smooth lines and the contrasting tones. And the spirit that I see in this painting, or picture, I am even un sure, maybe this does exist some where on our planet. Is the genuine good Nature i…

Beneath the surface currents drive her. She can’t calm till she breaks the skin’s tension. A perfect mirror is formed at the stand of the tide, but an aqueous fairground temps.

Acrylic and felt-tip are metaphors: vivid colours, puzzles hidden in clarity. The norm is a rainbow of experience too.

She’s precious to her family, and her blood is in a contract with Depakote. Flooded chakras still her spiritual tongue.

Mercurial excursions to the sea are fantasies, awakening her mythical self; her Devil, her God?

    Renaissance era

    The Renaissance Era

The Renascence era was a very beautifully castes way of portraying woman and men, in painting. The idea that a woman could be, voluptuous and be considered truly amazing. The way the paintings display physical, natural, curves of the human body is just exquisite. I love the soft tones and very colorful and meaningful paintings as displayed here in this link. mysti 20:40, January 24, 2014 (UTC)

El Greco was a famous artist from the late Renaissance period. He was born on the Greek island of Crete in 1514, which was the Kingdom of Candia. He trained in painting from a young age in Crete, moved to Venice, Rome, Madrid and finally the famous Spanish town of Toledo, which was the religous capital of Spain and a very busy town. Here he painted lots of paintings, but there is only one that stands out - the famous View of Toledo.

View of Toledo is one of the most famous landscape paintings of all. Painted in between 1596-1600, it depicts a wide shot of the Spanish town Toledo, where he settled. It is one of only two surviving landscapes painted by El Greco in his later years. It is known for being painted unlike any other style that was …

    Memory

    January 8, 2014 by Mysticallaz1973

The memories I hold are a very tight, tie, to the family of man kind, and also, the beliefs that exist in nature. As far as I know to remember something you need, to take advantage of your surroundings, and figure out the very most special part of life. And the very special and most imressive thing, to remember is when a child is born. mysti 22:27, January 8, 2014 (UTC)

Today I write to all of you, about a very special Artist that I ever knew. He was a Father , a husband, a very caring person. Always trusted in his faith, never for a single minute of the day. Did he ever question his faith that there is a God, and we will be someday together in the light. I know that he is looking at me with pride, and is with me in spirit. I know this because, today I painted, for the very first time, in quite a long time. And seemingly enough, I saw what  I thought was Bobs very own spirit with in  the strokes. of the color. that I painted on this simple picture, that I purchased at the dollar store for just one buck. Paints and all, there it was, the picture from Heaven and there i realized that Bob will always be with…

Good Morning, Today I will begin to add works of my own, that have been stored in the house. My husband took his time, and gathered them from the upstairs loft, took a picture of each one. Once, a few years back, I believe around ten or so, My Lovely sister Lene, did the very same thing. I dont think I knew, how much of good thing, she did for me.

At the beginning of each week, I will create a blog post about a particular artwork, giving some backround infomation and my opinions. You can discuss the painting in the comments, and give your opinion!

Rumour has it had Salvador Dalí was tired one night, staring at a block of camembert cheese slowly melting in the heat. He then had a brainwave. What if he replaced the camembert with a clock? Would that make it a melting clock? He then decided on what his next painting would be...

The Persistence of Memory was painted in 1931. According to Dalí, the clocks represent time and memory, the ants death and the figure in the foreground himself.

So, what are your opinions? What do you think the meanings of the objects are? Was this a true masterpie…

Ever heard of the term "starving artist"? Well, it doesn't look like Spanish painter Joan Miro will be experiencing that phenomenon. His recent painting, "Etolie Bleue", sold for a record-breaking $39.6 million at Sotheby's in London.

However, elsewhere in the auction, proceedings were "bumpy" and "lackluster". Despite the large sum that the Miro painting sold for, the other pieces of art failed to sell for as much as expected--since this is the biggest night for fine art in London, it can result in a billion dollars raised. However, they only raised $117.7 million.

Crazy to think of $117.7 million being a low number, but that's the art world for you!

What do you think about the Miro painting? Was it justified to sell as well as it did, …
