Saint George and the Dragon is a painting by the Italian Renaissance artist Paolo Uccello. It was painted in approximately 1470, using oil on canvas. It shows the famous story of Saint George and the Dragon, with George spearing the dragon on the right and the princess on the left with a leash connected to the dragon's neck. It is probably the best known depiction of this story. It currently sits at the National Gallery, London.
